We had a really great time in Cairns, busy but good.  New things to see and do. It is a beautiful city…lush and very tropical.  It is also a very touristy city with a huge Asian influence.  We didn’t get a chance to get any sushi, but if we go back again, we’ll definately dabble in the international cuisine a bit more 🙂 Lots of picnics and bbq suppers after we picked up James from work.  We took the train up the mountains to the rainforest village of Kuranda.  It was beautiful.  We also took a trip up to Port Douglas on a sunday for the markets.  Enjoy the pics.
